APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION AS A MEMBER

Club SECRET PRIDE ASSOCIATION:

I ask you to consider my application to register as a MEMBER of this Club, formally committing myself to abide by the Articles of Association and its rules.

• You can NOT be part of a game started by someone else if they don't want to.

• Any disrespectful attitude towards others is NOT allowed.

• The use of mobile phones, film or photographic cameras or any other means of reproduction is NOT allowed.

• The practice of SCAT, BLOOD OR EXTREME PAIN is NOT allowed.

• Sex is NOT allowed in bathrooms.

• The sale or consumption of any type of drugs or narcotic is NOT allowed.
